Nahui Golf ("we", "our", or "us") provides web resources, golf camp information, and golf training tools, including the mobile application Iktan (bundle/package ID com.nahuigolf.iktan). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have when you visit our website, contact us, register interest in camps, or use our app.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that helps us operate Nahui Golf, support golfers, improve our services, and keep our systems reliable. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

• Contact and account information: Your name, email address, sign-in credentials, camp interest messages, support requests, and similar information you choose to provide.
• Profile and preference information: Golf defaults, handicap or skill-level details, club selections, app settings, and communication preferences.
• Golf and training activity: Information you record in the app to track your golf practice and mental-game progress, including:
  • round setup details, hole-by-hole check-ins, mood, pace, focus ratings, reset events, notes, and post-round summaries;
  • guided drill selections, completion history, practice notes, and consistency records;
  • short-game evaluations, shot outcomes, scoring patterns, and session logs;
  • challenge progress, intention metrics, ratings, badges, quests, and practice journey activity.
• Technical and diagnostic information: Device type, operating system, app version, crash reports, sync status, connection telemetry, browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and standard server logs.

2. How We Use Information

We use information for the purposes you would reasonably expect from a golf training company and mobile app, including to:

• provide, personalize, maintain, and improve our website, camps, app, training features, and support workflows;
• save your training history, show progress over time, and synchronize information across authorized devices when sync is enabled;
• respond to emails, support requests, camp inquiries, and account questions;
• send service-related messages, such as account, policy, registration, safety, or support updates;
• diagnose crashes, monitor reliability, prevent misuse, and protect the security and integrity of our services;
• comply with applicable law, enforce our policies, and respond to lawful requests when required.

3. Data Storage and Sync

Iktan is designed with offline-first use in mind. Supported app activity is stored locally on your device first so you can record, review, and edit training information even without a network connection.

• Local storage: Rounds, drills, evaluations, and practice progress may be stored on your device using local databases and app preferences.
• Cloud synchronization: When you sign in and a connection is available, pending local updates may sync to our cloud infrastructure so your history can be backed up and available across authorized devices.
• Security in transit: We use industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) to protect information sent between your device, browser, and our service providers.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in limited situations, such as:

• Service providers: Vendors that help us provide authentication, cloud storage, analytics, diagnostics, hosting, email, or support services may process information on our behalf.
• Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, or maintain the security of our services.
• Business changes: If Nahui Golf is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy with similar protections.
• With your direction or consent: We may share information when you ask us to do so or give us permission.

5. Third-Party Services We Use

We use selected third-party services to run core infrastructure and monitor reliability. These services may change over time, but currently include:

• Firebase Authentication: Manages user sign-in, including email/password and supported third-party sign-in methods.
• Firebase Cloud Firestore: Stores and synchronizes app data for signed-in users.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Collects diagnostic crash information so we can identify and fix app reliability issues.

6. Your Choices and Controls

You can control your information in several ways:

• Access and correction: You can review and update account details, golf defaults, and app settings inside the app where those controls are available.
• Local app data: You can remove locally stored app data by deleting in-app records where supported, signing out, or removing the app from your device. Device-level deletion may not delete cloud-synced account information.
• Account and data deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated synchronized history from the Account Information screen inside the Iktan app or by emailing hello@nahuigolf.com.
• Communications: You can contact us to stop non-essential email communications. We may still send service, account, legal, or safety messages when needed.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the service, support your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. Deletion from backups and disaster recovery systems may take additional time.

8. Children's Privacy

Our camps and training tools may be relevant to junior golfers, but our services are not intended to collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parent or guardian involvement and consent. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

9. International Users

Nahui Golf is operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where we or our service providers operate.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. When we make material updates, we will change the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice through the website, app, or email.
